in bed (we have created habits of greeting the day in a specific way that we need to amend for best start to the
day).
Meditation(meditation has many health benefits yet many cannot
sit down to meditate simply because we misunderstand what meditation is and how to prepare our body) Learn how to
prepare your body for meditation so you can access peace and joy regularly.
Most importantly in you private retreat training we cover
approach and disengagement awareness.
Setting intention for meditation and completion with integration makes successful
meditation. If we do not set intention just going into meditation can make some people more
aggressive an frustrated.
Anything you do must be accompanied with purpose or it is lacking in
sincerity. Why do anything if it does not have a destination. Too any lifetimes have been wasted. You'll be guided
so you can discover the direction you need to face in order to begin your inner journey of self appreciation. When
you appreciate yourself, you can then appreciate the people around you. If you do not recognise that within
yourself you cannot possibly connect wit another.
